Mark became President of Momentum Housing in 2017 and is responsible for overseeing all operations of the organization. He has spent the last 30+ years of his career in the multifamily housing industry, with expertise in developing, owning and managing all types of multifamily housing throughout the United States. He has been directly involved in the ownership and financing of over 50,000 housing units in 39 different states comprising in excess of $4 billion of asset value. His expertise covers virtually all types of multifamily housing including suburban garden style, urban mid and high rise, privatized military housing, student housing and senior housing.
