Teri holds a Master of Accounting degree and brings 14 years of accounting experience to Momentum. In the 10 years she has spent in multifamily and affordable housing, she has built expertise in SEC and HUD reporting and compliance, as well as management, budgeting, tax, and audit. She has spearheaded the development and implementation of new programs, such as fixed assets and accounting systems. Teri continuously looks to leverage software and technologies to improve the accuracy, efficiency, and efficacy of her team and their duties.
